To efficiently serve our customers and reduce our carbon footprint, we no longer give appointment times. Instead, when you call, you will be placed on our service list and grouped with other customers in your area.
But don't worry! We're not like the cable guy who makes you wait around all day, requiring you to be available. When we service your system, you can be sure you're getting quality service without even being there. And if something isn't right, we will contact you and explain your options before starting any major repair. We respect your time and money. Upon request, we can even send you pictures and an evaluation of your system.
